We ship worldwide, once the postcode has been added the delivery charges will be calculated.
Postage and packing to mainland UK is FREE (self-assembly tricycles only).
We try to dispatch all our in stock items within 1 working day of the order being placed. Please allow a further 3 to 5 working days for delivery (This may be longer due to bank holidays/busier periods or if the order purchased is on backorder). Delivery times to Worldwide Countries, Europe, Highlands, Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland will vary. Please Note – we will update you accordingly of any delays.
Buyers outside the UK are reminded that the currency is GBP.
We package all our trikes in recyclable bubble wrap and cardboard cartons to prevent unnecessary waste and to help the environment. Due to the new Brexit regulations, any export costs such as taxes, duty or similar fees is the buyers responsibility. See our shipping page for more information

With the ROM Pedal (also called eccentric crank) you will start cycling again!
This cycling aid has been developed for people who cannot bend their knee, leg, or prosthesis properly. You only make a smaller bend with the affected leg to get the pedal around. The ROM pedal is adjustable and ensures that the stretch remains normal while the knee has to bend less.
For example, you can cycle in the right position with knee problems or after a knee prosthesis operation. That is to say: with your saddle at the right height and with the ball of your foot on the pedal!
Easy to mount:
- The ROM pedal of Custom Bikes fits every trike and you can easily assemble it yourself.
- You mount the ROM pedal against the current crank (pedal arm) of your (electric) trike.
- With the manual you set the pedal to the maximum bend of your knee, leg or prosthesis.
- The ROM pedal is adjustable if your bend improves or changes afterwards
