How to activate your insurance with ETA.
Step 1: Find your frame number
All Jorvik tricycles have a unique 9-digit frame number printed on the main chassis under the Jorvik Tricycles logo as shown in the image.
As always, if you have trouble finding your frame number, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Step 2: Visit ETA
Within 10 days of receiving your newly purchased tricycle either go directly to eta.co.uk/jorvik or use one of the buttons below labelled Visit eta.co.uk/jorvik.
Step 3: Submit your details
Simply fill in the required details along with your frame number (they call it Bicycle frame number).
ETA will then sort out your cover and be in touch.
