Enjoying adventures with my hubby again
I have been looking at Jorvik etrikes for some time now and have contacted them several weeks ago. Recently I made the decision to purchase one. I contacted Jorvik via chat and received the information necessary to proceed. I purchased the trike plus accessories, paid by their payment method, received an invoice plus receipt. This was carried out very swiftly and efficiently. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Jorvik. My husband has limited mobility and he is looking forward to exploring the parks and beaches in our area and also taking the trike in our camper for holidays. Thank you so much!

I bought my trike back in March
I bought my trike back in March, I'm so happy with it, I just have to review it again! I love the rugged wheels of the JMT6, and the power that allows me to tackle the steepest hills, and smoothly coast along the cycle tracks of Cornwall and Devon. The trike is well engineered, sturdy and very well built. I've got my freedom back!

Great experience and service
Great company for people looking to explore more of the world on three wheels. Staff are super helpful and knowledgable on every aspect of the bike and have been great with aftercare service as well. We first saw Jorvik at a show and was able to test ride twice which allowed us to make our minds up which would be best for us. Looking forward to being out this summer on our trikes.

Amazing Trike
As an engineer and a scientist, it makes me happy to see a well-engineered product. This trike makes me delirious. The engineering, particularly the welding is a pleasure to behold! The trike does exactly what the company says it does, the bits of assembly needed were simple, it even came with spare screws, touch up paint and grease for the pedals. The service was excellent, 100%, what more is there to say?

First experience from build to drive
As an update trike assembly was easy and even more impressed with the trike - its the JMt7 - really well constructed, excellent components and a LOT of thought has gone into build quality and the best components. HIGHLY recommend this model and so many interested neighbours in getting one as well. Well done Jorvik! Easy to ride and 250 watt motor more than enough power.

Amazing facilities, staff and choice.
Amazing facilities. Having a test track was fabulous, and being allowed to try out so much of the range went a long way to helping us to choose the right trikes for us. Rosie was wonderful- welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and so patient. We were even allowed to try out fitting a trike into our small van. We had a wonderful day.

Absolutely delighted!
I am absolutely delighted with my new Jorvik trike! I ordered it on a Thursday, it arrived before lunch the next day! And this is during lockdown! Two days later, I was riding it in the sunshine - thanks to amazing hubby. Took a bit of getting used to the 3 wheels, as I have only ridden bikes, but now I love, love, love it! It's absolutely brilliant, and I can't recommend it highly enough. It has been much admired in all the villages I have whizzed through, and I have already had two requests for Jorvik's website from envious neighbours, not to mention my youngest grandson, who is very smitten - and, no, he can't have it! The friendly and helpful staff at Jorvik could not be faulted, and we send a special thank you to Gavin, who gave my husband help over the phone with some queries he had during the build. Nothing was too much trouble. I am so glad I chose the electric version - first time I have ever got to the top of the hill first!! And yes Joe, it IS cheating, but I'm your granny! Very best wishes, and thank you, Jorvik.

OH! MY! BLOOMIN! GOD!!!
OH! MY! BLOOMIN! GOD!!! My Trike is absolutely AMAZING! It arrived at 12:15pm....super early. The driver was brilliant. Bike is now in my workshop and battery is charging. Bike arrived 'FULLY' assembled. A MASSIVE, MASSIVE! Thank you. I will definitely visit your store when I next visit York. Well done. Brilliant Service . Hi All @ Jorvik, I just wanted to thank you so much for the safe delivery of the Tricycle last Thursday. It was truly a momentous day, looks so impressive in the flesh, it is not a tricycle, but a work of art !! You should be amazingly proud, of what you have created.... for once it can be said your product is too understated on your website. (As opposed to 90% of other websites. Who do the opposite !!!) I think it would be helpful to have a person standing alongside the trikes, get a better perspective of size. If you want a positive representative in the Bath area, look no further than me. I'm afraid I do not remember the name of the person who showed us the trikes, when we came up 6 or so weeks ago, to see them. except that his partner, Emma, was in the office !!! ( I'm sure he was the founder, CEO, and all round good Boss Thanks again Francois Dormehl (your positive trike Rep for the South West !!)

I proudly own a jorvik Trike. Photo is of our puppy Daisy Jane sitting in the basket of my bike. She sits perfectly still while I ride my trike around my yard. Eventually, we will take a toot down our country road. Thankyou Jorvik!!

I am thrilled with my Jorvik tricycle and also the service my son and i received. Through out the process from the moment we arrived to choose the tricycle to personally suit me, we were given a very friendly professional advice followed by excellent customer service m making our purchase a happy experience. When it arrived (promptly at 9am!) I was delighted to see how superbly well it had been wrapped for transporting - arriving here in perfect condition. Please convey my thanks to Gavin and the "unseen sales team" for dealing so promptly and efficiently with all my telephone queries. Your friendly manner was much appreciated.

Father
I ordered a trike for my father who needed it for getting around town on. I had heard really good reviews about Jorvik Tricycles and can honestly say they far exceeded my expectations. We felt the trike was excellent value for money and has given my father the freedom he has wanted for a while now. The order arrived on time and the help they gave us to complete the assemble was second to none. I can't recommend them enough for an excellent product and service. Well done guys

From the first moment I stubbled across these magnificent tricycles to the moment I rode out of the shop I was looked after and my every need was listen too and catered for. Not only did James and the team listen to my needs but also gave me advice and guidence with a smile. You can really feel the family friendly vibe as soon as you approach this family ran company and this shows in their personal touch. Not only was the service next to none but the tricycles are on another level wether it is from doing your daily shop or going on them summer bike rides with the family and dog, There is a tricycle out there for you.

Black Tricycle
I today have received a black tricycle from Jorvik Cycles. I would just like to say what a sturdy good looking bike it is and looks very cool with the brown seat. I ordered it only on Sunday and it arrived 4 days later, it was well packed up and took only about 20 mins to remove the wrap, ties, secure the handlebars, adjust the seat and fasten the front basket and then away I went. Before I ordered the bike I asked a couple of questions regarding the folded up size, to see if it would fit into my car etc and I must say my email was replied to very quickly. I believe Jorvik as a company are extremely good to deal with and the quality of the tricycle is excellent. I would say look no further than dealing with and buying this item and I know you will be as proud as I am with your purchase and I give them definitely without question. 10 out of 10.
