Staff chose the right tricycle for me. Staff gave good guidance when I came on site and rode the tricycle around the course. I believe it is beneficial for customers to try onsite course, as I live in a hilly location with lots of different level drive cambers. I struggled the first couple of times. Now I am out every day and even on cross-country paths. It has given me a new freedom.

James gave me the confience that I needed to ride a trike. I was a little apprehensive as I had fallen from my previous two wheeled bike and broken my leg. I wanted to continue cycling but without damaging my leg further. The Jorvik is the perfect solution. The attention James gave me in making my decision was excellent. I met a young lad from the York office (sorry I don’t remember his name) who took me around the track initially and he was very impressive and knowledgeable too. Altogether, a very positive experience… and I’ve event purchased a trike.

I have ridden a Jorvik trike very happily for over four years now but now at 92yo I feel the need for more security. The new facility in Chester is very welcoming and there I was able to try the new Frelsi - what a superb machine! All my questions answered, everything demonstrated clearly, nothing too much trouble. Mine ordered.
