We visited the York warehouse yesterday. We were met and greeted with coffee and biscuits, a very good start. I have a disability due to a broken back and issues with my legs and balance, etc., so I wanted to try the FRELSI trike, which has been adapted to suit people with disabilities.

Sam then came through to show me the trike and let me have a test ride. The bike was amazing and very good to use. Sam was really, really helpful with no pressure to buy or anything like that; he just wanted me to make sure the test ride worked, and the trike met my needs. I have since ordered one, so I look forward to being able to get out and about again. Thanks to everyone at the showroom, especially Sam, top lad.

We travelled from Scarborough and set the SatNav. We were apprehensive about travelling there because we thought it was in York centre, which is a nightmare to get to. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the shop was outside York and very easy and straightforward to get to. Upon arrival, we were greeted and taken into the display area, where there was a track.

It was an excellent set-up. We chatted about the type of bike I was after, what I hoped to get from it. I tried a couple of trikes and selected the one I liked. I test drove it around the track, and the advisor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A fab experience all told. My trike and accessories were delivered as promised approx. 3 weeks later.

Went up to York and tried a trike out. Very impressed with the quality of the trike and the whole experience. No pressure sales, no instant discounts if you sign now, no “I’ll speak to my manager,” just good professional team and backup.

Ordered one there and then, it was delivered on Wednesday as promised. The bike is for my wife, but I might go and order one for myself.
