While you’re always welcome to drop in, we recommend booking an appointment. This guarantees a dedicated one-to-one session with one of our tricycle experts, giving you a full 60 minutes without waiting around. Simply visit our Showrooms page, choose your location and secure your slot.
Come on Down
When you arrive, you can park for free right outside. You’ll be welcomed by a member of our team, who will help you get settled and offer a tea or coffee in our comfortable seating area.
Understanding Your Needs
Before you ride, one of our experts will talk through your requirements—including any health or mobility considerations—to help understand what you’re looking for. They’ll guide you through the tricycle models and key features, and you can choose which ones you’d like to test ride.
Getting in the Saddle

Our purpose-built test track provides a safe, controlled environment to get a feel for riding a tricycle. Our team has guided thousands of riders of all abilities, so there’s absolutely no pressure. Wait for Your Delivery
Once you’ve chosen your model and colour and placed your order, we’ll give you an estimated delivery date based on current stock. Your tricycle can either be collected ready to ride from one of our showrooms, delivered 95% built for free or we can send it fully built with prior agreement—whichever way suits you best.

Our home demonstration service allows those who can’t get out of the house as easily to experience the joy of riding a tricycle. We’ve carried out countless home demos all over the UK, helping people find the right tricycle from the comfort of their own surroundings.

Confirm Your Slot
We’ll book a time and date that suits you and take a £100 service fee, which is fully refundable with any tricycle purchase. Once confirmed, simply pop the date in your diary and we’ll get everything loaded up and ready to head your way.
On the Day
Your tricycle expert will arrive with the selected models and talk you through everything before you start riding. We’ll go over the features, how each tricycle works, and answer any questions you may have. Then, under our expert guidance, you’ll head out for a test ride in your local area.
Place Your Order
If you fall in love with your tricycle and decide to place an order, we’ll take care of the rest and provide an estimated delivery date. Whether you order on the day or later on, the £100 home demonstration fee will be deducted from your final balance.
